Finally Done With Finals

Well, I had my last final today.

I think I did pretty well. Which, as any student knows, is the kiss of death. But I’m not going to worry about that now.

Instead, I think I’m going to go sleep for a week.

The good news is that Mom says I can play on the Internet now.

Hi everyone: Ah, what a relief! I feel like a weight has just been lifted off my shoulders.

Xiang Mei: Actually, I just finished first year, so I'm still pre-clinic. I've shadowed a few ER docs this past year and that may be why it sounded like I was in clinic. Sorry for the confusion.

I started out thinking I would like to either go emergency medicine or primary care (I know, I know), but the truth is I'm going to wait until I have more experience before I make up my mind.

Have you not read the ER blogs!?!

Hi Neumed,

Your entries are very entertaining, thanks for the laughs! Which med school are you currently in?

I'll be in New York this summer for my clerkship electives in Cornell. Any advice for a first timer in an US hospital?

All the best,
Frankie

Frankie: Just don't do anything I would do. :)

Thanks Chrysalis, I still feel like I should be studying something. I even dream about studying now.
